Terms of Use - FOLIA AI

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Clothes Changer – FOLIA mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
LICENSE We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non‑commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
USER CONTENT You may upload photos or screenshots (“User Content”) to generate try‑on results. You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use any User Content you upload and that it does not violate any law or third‑party rights. You grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely to provide the App’s functionality, including generating try‑on results.
PROHIBITED USE You agree not to:

Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes any rights.
Upload images of others without their permission.
Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App or its AI models.
Use the App to create or distribute unlawful or abusive content.

AI OUTPUTS The App generates AI‑based results that may be inaccurate or imperfect. Outputs are provided “as is” and for entertainment or personal use.
PURCHASES AND CREDITS The App offers consumable credits via in‑app purchase. All payments are processed by Apple. Prices may change. Credits are consumable and not redeemable for cash. Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple according to its policies.
TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
DISCLAIMERS THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
